To heat the spelt husks, please remove the inner part, as only this may be heated, not the entire plush toy. Simply open the zipper on the belly of the animal. The cushion can either be microwaved for about ½ to 1 minute at a maximum of 600W or placed in an oven at 75 degrees for about 3 to 5 minutes. Be sure to ensure that the cushion does not get too hot to avoid burns on the skin or overheating in newborns.
