Daily life as a mum is often a balancing act, filled with love, responsibility and many small tasks. Amidst all of this, it is deeply important to us to act mindfully – for our children, for our environment.
Mother Nature is perhaps the most important support system of all. To help preserve it, at Littlies + mums we make conscious decisions and choose sustainable alternatives that make family life easier and help make our world a little better.
Our Products
We select our suppliers with care. We prefer to work with businesses in Switzerland and the wider European region – shorter supply chains protect the climate and support fair working conditions. For certain products we also partner with manufacturers in China where the expertise is unrivalled, always with a focus on the most sustainable production possible.
Our Packaging
- Mailer bags – 80% recycled material, robust, resource-efficient and recyclable
- Kraft paper – recycled, attractive, sturdy and environmentally friendly
- Plastic – we remove unnecessary outer packaging before dispatch and dispose of it responsibly
Sustainability is not a trend for us – it is a responsibility. It does not have to be perfect, but it must never stop.
Shop Consciously
We want to actively avoid unnecessary outbound and return shipments. Every parcel sent back and forth consumes resources – and that conflicts with our commitment to responsible action.
If you are unsure about a choice, you are warmly welcome to visit our store in Klingnau to see products in person, try them on and receive personal advice. Our goal is not to ship clothing aimlessly around the world, but to encourage conscious purchasing decisions – with heart and thought.
