Refunds via Powerpay (purchase on account)

Thank you for shopping with us! If you made your purchase on account, we would like to point out that this service is not handled directly by us, but by the payment institution PowerPay .

Since we don't issue invoices ourselves, refunds will be processed directly through PowerPay. To request a refund, your bank details and the corresponding invoice number must be stored with PowerPay.

How to request a refund from PowerPay

  1. Visit the PowerPay refund link:
  2. Enter the following information, which can be found on your invoice:
    • Your email address
    • The invoice number
    • Your account number
  3. Submit your refund request online.
