Refund policy

Return Period

You can return ordered items to us within 14 days.

Conditions

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging
  2. Labels must not have been removed
  3. Personalised items and reduced products are excluded from returns

Exception: the product is faulty → please contact us via the contact form.

If a reduced item doesn't fit, get in touch as well – we'll find a solution together.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via your customer account – if you don't have an account yet, your order is also registered under your email address
  2. You'll receive a return label by email from us
  3. Pack the products carefully and send them back
  4. The return costs of CHF 7.– will be deducted from your refund

Refund

  1. Once your return has arrived, we'll refund the value of the goods within 14 days via your original payment method
  2. For prepayment, please also send us your bank details by email
  3. If your order was shipped with free shipping, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs retroactively if the order value falls below the free-shipping threshold after the return

Refunds for Purchase on Invoice (PowerPay)

If you paid for your purchase by invoice, this service is handled by the payment institute PowerPay (MF Group). As we don't issue invoices ourselves, refunds are also processed directly via PowerPay.

How to request your refund:

  1. Open the PowerPay refund form: German, French or Italian
  2. Enter your email address, the invoice number and your account number – you'll find all details on your invoice
  3. Submit the refund request online
