You can send the ordered goods back to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods in the original packaging. All cost for returns are on the buyers expense. The goods must be unused in any case. Any right of return expires when labels are removed or the packaging is opened. Items that have already been washed or worn will not be taken back.

In any case, the return is at the expense and risk of the customer. The return must be announced with the reason why by email to info@littlies.ch and then sent to:

Once we have received your return, we will credit the original form of payment within 14 days. The originally paid shipping costs will not be refunded.

If, due to the return of items from an order, the order value falls below the limit for free shipping after the return, the shipping costs will be charged, or only the difference between the returned item and the shipping will be refunded.
