Littlies + mums delivers worldwide.
Unless otherwise stated, our processing time is 2-3 working days. However, parcels are usually dispatched the next working day.
After receipt of payment and processing time, delivery will be made according to the selected shipping method.
We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for orders with free shipping if the order value falls below the limit for free shipping after the return.
If products are ordered in pre-order, the entire shipment will only be delivered when all products are in stock.
We use environmentally friendly packaging material. If you would like to know more about this, please visit our sustainability page.

Shipping and customs costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
When shipping to countries other than Switzerland, taxes and customs duties may apply and will be calculated by the local authorities upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying these. If you are unsure how much these costs will be, please contact your local customs office in advance.


Collection
It is possible to pick up the package at our headquarters and save the shipping costs. Please leave your phone number when ordering to receive confirmation that the parcel is ready for collection. A pick-up is only possible after it has been confirmed by us.
