Shipping
 Littlies + mums delivers within Switzerland and the EU. The processing time of the orders takes 1 to 3 working days for Switzerland, up to 5 working days for EU. For deliveries to other countries contact us here . After receipt of payment and processing time, the delivery takes place depending on the selected shipping method.

If, due to the return of items from an order, the order value falls below the limit for free shipping after the return, the shipping costs will be charged, or only the difference between the returned item and the shipping will be refunded.

The shipping costs will be charged additionally.

Shipping EU countries

Taxes and duties may apply to shipping, these will be calculated upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying for these. If you are unsure how high these costs will be, contact your local customs authority in advance.


Pickup
It is possible to pick up the package at our headquarters and save on shipping costs. Please leave your phone number when ordering to get confirmation that the package is ready for collection. Collection is only possible after confirmation by the Littlies + mums team.
