As for the merino wool, it has many advantages: it does not itch and possesses antibacterial properties, making it particularly suitable for children with eczema or sensitive skin. Another plus is that merino wool does not need to be washed frequently. The fiber has self-cleaning properties and can simply be aired outside.
If it should ever be necessary, a gentle hand wash in lukewarm water (maximum 30°) is ideal. Be sure to use a special wool detergent to maintain the quality of the wool.
If you prefer to wash the beanie in the washing machine, be sure to use a WOOL PROGRAM at 20° and low speed. However, please note that this is done at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee the individual program settings of the washing machines.
