A big advantage of merino wool is that it doesn't itch and has antibacterial properties. That makes it especially well-suited to children with eczema or sensitive skin. Another plus: you don't need to wash this beanie often, since merino wool is self-cleaning. Just air it outside and you're good to go! If a wash is needed, gently hand-wash the beanie in lukewarm water at max. 30°. Use a wool detergent for this.
