Application:

Start using the Perineum Massage Oil from the 34th week of pregnancy. It is sufficient to use it 3-4 times a week for about 5-10 minutes. It is best to practice this while in the shower or after a relaxing bath. Place a small amount of oil in your palms to moisten your thumbs and index fingers. Gently massage the perineum, the vaginal opening, and the walls. It should feel pleasant, not painful. Remember not to swallow the oil. Always perform a patch test before applying.
