Ice Therapy: This cold therapy effectively helps relieve discomfort such as engorgement, clogged ducts, and even mastitis, allowing mothers to breastfeed more comfortably and relaxed.

Heat Therapy: Heat not only promotes milk flow but can also be easily used together with a breast pump to support and ease the breastfeeding process.

Application: If you wish to cool the packs, simply place them without a cover in the freezer for at least two hours. To warm them, microwave for 10 to 15 seconds (again without a cover), and continue warming in intervals of five seconds as needed until the desired temperature is reached. After use, simply place on the breast and do not use for more than 20 minutes. After each use, thoroughly clean with mild soapy water; the covers can conveniently be washed cold in the washing machine. Remember not to dry them in the dryer.
