To heat the cherry-stone or grape-seed cushion, it must be removed from the cuddly toy, as only the cushion may be heated, not the whole stuffed animal. Simply open the zip on the animal's tummy. The cushion can then either be put in the microwave for about ½ to 1 minute at a maximum of 600W, or heated in the oven at 75 degrees for around 3-5 minutes. It's important to make sure it doesn't get too hot, as there's a risk of skin burns, especially for newborns.
