Lochkasten wooden base unit | Without card set

The heart of the system: a handy wooden box with a wooden pin on a cord, into which every Lochkasten card set fits. Small enough for a bag, a nursery rucksack or a long car journey.

How the Lochkasten works: slide the card set into the wooden box, put the wooden pin into the hole next to the right answer and pull the card. If the answer is correct, the card slides out - if it is not, it stays put. So your child sees for itself whether it was right and needs nobody to check.

The pin and cord sit in the middle, so left- and right-handers get on with it equally well. With over 25 card sets available it covers ages 2 to 9 - from first matching to the times tables.
