Knubbelauto Oldie Wooden Car

A car that fits into any child's hand: the Knubbelauto Oldie is shaped from a single piece of solid beechwood, 13 cm long, with soft curves and no sharp corners. The black tyres with red rims roll quietly across the floor and work on carpet too.

There is nothing to operate and nothing to break, which is exactly why the Knubbelauto works from 18 months. It fits in a jacket pocket, in the pram and on the car transporter from the same range.

fagus has been manufacturing at the Büngern-Technik workshop in Rhede since 1982. Around 135 people with disabilities build the vehicles from beechwood sourced from sustainable forestry, dowelled and glued, without a single nail, screw or staple.
