Wooden Fire Engine | With Extending Ladder + 6 Figures

The three-part ladder extends, rotates and adjusts in height, so the fire engine reaches every window in the nursery. Six figures head out on the call, and the vehicle steers through its front axle.

fagus has been manufacturing at the Büngern-Technik workshop in Rhede since 1982. Around 135 people with disabilities build the vehicles from beechwood sourced from sustainable forestry, dowelled and glued, without a single nail, screw or staple.
