The digger is the centrepiece of any wooden building site. The boom raises and lowers, the bucket digs in, and the upper body turns on the chassis. Steering runs through the front axle. At up to 46 cm long and 41 cm high, this is a vehicle children work at with both hands.
Two figures are included. Together with the dump truck, conveyor belt and tower crane, a building site takes shape that grows with the child for years.
fagus has been manufacturing at the Büngern-Technik workshop in Rhede since 1982. Around 135 people with disabilities build the vehicles from beechwood sourced from sustainable forestry, dowelled and glued, without a single nail, screw or staple.
