The Connetix Ball Run Galaxy Pack brings outer space into the playroom. The 61 pieces come in a colour world of blue, purple, black and silver, and the tiles are shot through with glitter. When the two light-up balls roll through the track, light and sparkle refract and leave trails like little comets. The set looks especially good in dimmed light or a dark room.

Slides, U pieces, small turns, short straights, bend pieces and a bowl keep the balls moving. Children plan routes, test gradients and adjust their builds until the ball takes exactly the path they imagined. Along the way they experience first-hand how gravity, speed and direction interact.
