Tights + socks for babies and children
Cold feet and slipping tights are among the small annoyances of family life. In this category you will find more than a hundred pairs of tights and socks. Most of them come from Silly Silas with its tights with braces, complemented by socks from LIEWOOD, organic zoo, Eulenschnitt, Thomas Jakobson and Kico Label.
Silly Silas tights with braces
The braces keep the tights exactly where they belong: nothing slips while crawling, climbing or romping about, and the tummy stays covered. Our article on Silly Silas tights explains why this works so well. You can choose between three cuts:
- Footed: classic with feet, for indoors or inside booties and boots.
- Footless: without feet, like leggings, practical with separate socks.
- Short: the shorter version for in-between seasons.
There are also lines such as Granny Teddy, Hippy, Wooly or Teddy Warmy, which differ in knit and look, and plenty of patterns in colours such as Misty Blue, Olive or Cinnamon. You will also find all styles on their own under Tights.
Socks for every day
LIEWOOD offers socks in sets, such as the Socken Silas 5-pack or the Baby Socken Eloy 3-pack. Socks with lettering such as MAMA or DAY DREAMER add an accent, and Kico Label stands for merino wool. For an overview of socks only, see the Socks category. You will find soft crawling shoes among our Booties.
Frequently asked questions
Which size fits? Tights are usually sized by age or height. If in doubt, our size chart by age will help.
Footed or footless for crawlers? Footed tights keep the feet warm, while footless ones can be combined with non-slip socks. Both work, depending on how warm it is at home.
How should I wash tights? Turned inside out and at a low temperature, they keep their colour and shape for longer. Always check the care label.
