Shipping
How much does shipping within Switzerland cost?
Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, we ship with Swiss Post from our warehouse in Klingnau:
- Economy: CHF 5.00, free from an order value of CHF 100
- Priority: CHF 10.00, only CHF 2.00 from an order value of CHF 100, free from CHF 150
- Priority with Saturday delivery: CHF 15.00
- Express: CHF 22.00
Bulky items are excluded from free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Within Switzerland, your order usually arrives within 1–3 working days. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays, and on Saturdays only with Saturday delivery. Pre-order items (marked as pre-order in the product title) are shipped together with the rest of your order as soon as everything is in stock.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination – to Germany, Austria and the rest of Europe from CHF 6.00 – and are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are charged by the authorities in the destination country and are payable by the recipient. If an international parcel is refused, we deduct the resulting costs plus a handling fee of CHF 30.00 from the refund.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes – simply choose collection at checkout and save the shipping costs. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a collection invitation by email. You can then pick it up during our opening hours at our store in Klingnau: Schattengasse 29, 5313 Klingnau, Wednesday to Friday 4–7 pm and twice a month on Saturdays.
How is my order packed?
We pack every order by hand – as sustainably as possible, using mailer bags made from 80% recycled material and kraft paper, and in a way that also makes it a lovely gift. Find out more on our sustainability page.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with TWINT, PostFinance, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, by prepayment or on invoice via POWERPAY. The payment methods shown at checkout apply. All prices are in Swiss francs.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, you can buy our gift card online and give it as a present.
Returns + exchanges
Can I return items?
Yes, within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with labels still attached. Reduced and personalised items cannot be returned. If a reduced item doesn't fit, please get in touch anyway – we will find a solution together.
How do returns work?
- Register your return via your customer account. Even without an account, your order is linked to your email address.
- We will send you a return label by email.
- Pack the items carefully and send them back.
We deduct CHF 7.00 from the refund for the return shipment.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your return, via the payment method you used. If you paid by prepayment, please email us your bank details. If you paid on invoice, the refund is handled directly by POWERPAY. If the order value falls below the free-shipping threshold after a return, we may charge the shipping costs retrospectively.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us on the day of delivery at info@littlies.ch, ideally with a photo. Faulty items are of course exempt from the return restrictions.

What can I find at Littlies + mums?
Littlies + mums is a family concept store in Klingnau in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland. Since 2021 we have offered sustainable baby and children's clothing, wooden and sensory toys, everyday essentials for babies and products for pregnancy, the postpartum period and mums – from more than 70 brands such as Maileg, Hvid, Mushie, Liewood, Studio Noos, Organic Zoo and Engel Natur. Which size fits my child?
Our size chart shows which size corresponds to which age and how our brands fit. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise you personally – by email or in store.
