Merino wool is not only comfortable to wear, it is also non-itchy and has antibacterial properties. This makes it ideal for children who suffer from eczema or sensitive skin.
Another advantage of Merino wool is its self-cleaning ability, making frequent washing unnecessary. Simply airing it out outdoors is often sufficient. If the beanie does need to be washed, it should be done gently by hand with lukewarm water (maximum 30°). Please use a special wool detergent for this.
