A significant advantage of merino wool is that it does not itch. This makes it ideal for sensitive skin. Furthermore, the wool is antibacterial and thus helps to keep the skin healthy.
Another benefit: Merino wool does not need to be washed constantly. It possesses self-cleaning properties and is perfect for simply enjoying some fresh air outside. If it does need to be washed, it should be done using gentle hand washing in lukewarm water at a maximum of 30°C. It is best to use a special wool detergent for this.
