Baby care routine: less is more

Delicate baby skin needs surprisingly little: a mild wash gel or a gentle bath additive once or twice a week, then if needed a thin layer of lotion or oil for dry areas. For the nappy area, a good barrier cream is enough, protecting and soothing when there's redness. That way, the skin's natural barrier stays intact.
