Studio Noos: bags that make everyday life with a child easier
Teilen
Anyone out and about with a child needs both hands free. Studio Noos from the Netherlands makes bags designed for exactly that – and they do not look like baby equipment. Here is an overview of the models and what they are good for.
The changing bag for the whole day
The Teddy Mom Diaper Bag in ecru measures 58 × 42 cm and is the largest bag in the range. The inner lining is water-repellent – which counts at the latest when a drinking bottle leaks. Several compartments, an integrated bottle holder and a zip keep order, and the D-rings on the sides let you hang it on the pram. What belongs inside is in our changing bag checklist.
The bum bag for short trips
The Denim Adult Fanny Pack in grey in 100% cotton measures 39 × 20 × 11 cm. Phone, purse, keys, a snack – an hour at the playground needs no more. The bag sits on the body, does not slide forward when you bend down and leaves both hands free.
The mini cross body for in between
Between bum bag and changing bag sits the Teddy Mini Cross Body Bag in chocolate. Worn over the shoulder, with a zip on the main compartment – the bag for appointments where you do not want to carry luggage but need more than the phone.
Teddy or denim?
The teddy line is made of polyester and is soft and warm – it carries the seasonal colours, currently chocolate, optionally with woven-in hearts. The denim models are cotton, more sober and less sensitive to abrasion. Both are cared for in the same way.
Pouches and wash bags
To complete the range there are pouches and slightly larger wash bags in the same material. Practical as organisers inside the changing bag – nappy cream, nail scissors and plasters in one place instead of loose at the bottom.
Frequently asked questions
Which bag for which purpose?
The bum bag for an hour outdoors, the mini cross body for appointments and errands, the changing bag for a whole day with a baby. If you already own a changing bag, a bum bag as a second option often serves better than another large one.
Does a bum bag replace the changing bag?
Not during the nappy phase. Nappies, spare clothes and wipes need room. Once changing falls away, though, the bum bag quickly becomes the main bag – one reason it pays off for longer than you think at the time of purchase.
Can the changing bag be attached to the pram?
That is what the D-rings on the sides are for. Whether your pram has matching hooks is worth checking beforehand – universal buggy clips are otherwise available separately.
How are the bags washed?
Cold at 30 °C, without spinning and not in the tumble dryer. That applies to teddy as well as denim. Let them air dry – spinning and heat affect the shape, and a bag that has lost its form cannot be restored.
You will find the whole selection in the Studio Noos collection – more models under bags, changing bags + organisers and wash bags.
